More than four decades of experience in domestic and international arbitration.
Since joining the American Arbitration Association panel in 1983, he has served as arbitrator in approximately 100 arbitrations and as counsel in well over 200 arbitrations. His practice includes complex commercial, energy, construction, technology, and foreign investment disputes administered under the rules of leading arbitral institutions worldwide.
Scope of Arbitral Work
Mr. Bishop regularly serves as sole arbitrator, chairman, and party-appointed arbitrator in both domestic and international cases.
His experience spans institutionally administered and ad hoc proceedings.
